在庫調整が進んでいることに加え、成約(クローズ)も好調なことが要因。 コロナ禍、一軒家の人気が高まっているが、 前年同月比で-39% の在庫調整が大きな要因。 在庫調整が著しく進んだため、成約が好調を維持できても 今後(11月以降)モメンタムは頭打ちになる可能性がある。 Hawaii Real Estate Momentum continued to perform well in September. The reason for the strong momentum is that Inventory Adjustments are progressing and Actual Closings are also strong. The momentum of the single family home(SFH) is driving forth of Hawaii Real Estate momentum. And the momentum of SFH is strong, mainly due to the large adjustment (-39% yoy) in inventory. From the data, it seems unlikely that inventory adjustment will proceed further. Momentum could peak unless Active Closings get stronger.
